Conference Fees

Participants to the annual EALE conference should pay the conference registration fee by 10th August 2017. Please note that this amount also includes the annual EALE membership fee. Travel and accommodation for the conference are not included.

The registration fee includes admission to the scientific programme, conference materials, refreshments and meals according to the program.

Regular:

Please note that an additional fee of £30 applies for late registration (after 10th August).


Social events

The conference dinner will take place at The Montcalm Hotel on Friday 15th September.

Both official registration and payment will take place through the University of Liverpool Online Shop. A link is provided at the bottom of the page.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your participation, please send an email to: eale.london@liverpool.ac.uk

If cancellations are made before 5th September 2017, the registration fee (but not the membership fee) will be refunded, minus £50 to cover administrative expenses. Later cancellations unfortunately cannot be refunded.
