Registration

Please take a moment to read the registration information and conditions described on this page before proceeding to the registration form at the bottom of this page.

Conference Fees

All participants must pay the conference registration fee and the EALE membership fee.

The registration fee includes admission to the scientific program, conference materials, refreshments and meals according to the program.

Special requests can be indicated in the registration form.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons must be registered if they want to take part in the social events (reception for “early birds” on Wednesday, September 16, reception on Thursday, September 17, and conference dinner on Friday, September 18).

In the registration form only one accompanying person can be registered; in case more than one person is accompanying you, please contact Klara Keglevic at klara.keglevic@univie.ac.at.

Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific program, refreshments and lunches.

Payment methods

Payments are possible by credit card or bank transfer. Please make sure that payments reach the conference account by September 5, 2015 latest.

Paying by credit card: After filling in the registration form you will be redirected to the payment page. Once your payment has been successful you will be redirected to the confirmation page and will receive a final registration confirmation via e-mail (which may take a couple of days). Please keep the confirmation for future references

Paying by bank transfer: After filling in the registration form you will receive an invoice via e-mail. Please make sure to provide the appropriate billing address in the registration form! The invoice will particularly contain a reference number along with the bank data, therefore please do not prompt the transfer without having received that information, since otherwise the organizers are not able to identify the payment as yours.
The bank transfer must contain purpose, name of participant, reference number provided on the invoice and the bank data.
Please make also sure that the organizers are not charged bank fees!
In case of bank transfers your registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of a bank statement of the payment, sent by e-mail to gerry.schneider@univie.ac.at. If you not have received a final registration confirmation by e-mail within two weeks after payment please contact the management at the address above.

Cancellations

The cancellation of participation, including cancellation for accompanying persons, must be made in writing to klara.keglevic@univie.ac.at. If cancellations are made on September 5, 2015 latest, the registration fee will be refunded minus € 75 for the cover of administrative expenses. Later cancellations unfortunately cannot be refunded.
