Conference Fees

Participants to the annual EALE conference should pay the conference registration fee and the EALE membership fee by 10 August 2016.

A late fee of € 30 applies for late registration (after 10 August)

Those who participate only to the Banking Union Workshop of Saturday 17 September should only pay:

Registration for this workshop has no deadline.

The registration fee includes admission to the scientific programme, conference materials, refreshments and meals according to the program.

Social events

Receptions on Thursday and Friday night will take place at Villa Guastavillani (Bologna Business School).

On Saturday afternoon, a free guided tour of the old university buildings is provided.

Payment methods

Credit card payments goes through the Eventbrite website (see below).

If you want to pay by bank transfer, please email to bologna2016@eale.org.

The payment is the official registration for the event (see deadline above).

Cancellations

The cancellation of participation must be made by email to: bologna2016@eale.org.

If cancellations are made after 5 September 2016, the registration fee (but not the membership fee) will be refunded, minus € 50 to cover administrative expenses. Later cancellations unfortunately cannot be refunded.
