The call for papers for the 37th EALE Annual Conference (University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, September 24-25, 2020) is now open.
The submission deadline is April 6, 2020 and the submission system is open.
Those interested in presenting a paper are invited to submit their paper following the online procedure at the bottom of this page.
Papers may be on any topic in or related to Law and Economics including:
Policy papers are eligible if they deal with very important and timely issues. Submissions must be original and not yet published. Submitting a draft is possible, but we will give preference to full papers.
You can submit no more than 2 papers. No person may present more than once during the conference. If you have two papers accepted, you may present one, but if the paper is co-authored, your co-author could present the second paper.
In the submission form you will be asked to indicate whether you are eligible for the Göran Skogh Award for the most promising paper presented at the EALE Conference by a young scholar. To qualify for the award, all of the authors must have obtained their PhD later than May 2018. The winner will receive EUR 1,000, to be shared among the authors.
Acceptance will be communicated on or around May 25, 2020.
Authors of accepted papers will have to confirm their attendance by registering to the conference. Papers by authors who are not able to register will be excluded from the program. We do this to minimize the number of empty slots at the conference.
Registration fee (including EALE membership): €300 for regular participants and €175 for Ph.D. students.
