Registration Deadlines

Registration deadline for authors of accepted papers:  July 8th, 2026 

• Papers by authors who do not register will be excluded from the program. We do this to minimize the number of empty slots at the conference.
• Please, note that each participant can present only one paper.
• Presenters have to include their submission ID in the registration form.

Registration deadline for other attendees: August 7th, 2026

Registration Fee

• Regular (includes Membership 2026): € 325 
• Reduced for PhD/Postgraduate students (includes Membership 2026): € 160.
• Attendees who already paid the Membership Fee and Honorary Members of EALE should pay € 275 by bank transfer.
